Your Coffee Memory Starts Learning

Understand your taste more clearly, remember what worked and make your recorded coffee history useful next time.

Beanmemo is becoming more than a place to record coffee. This release helps you see what supports your taste profile, return to useful brew settings and remember why you would—or would not—buy a coffee again.

Added

  • Repeat brews can recall your last cup and best compatible setup. Reuse controllable settings without copying the previous cup’s rating or observed results.
  • After changing a meaningful setting, you can record whether the adjustment was Better, About the same or Worse.
  • A Finished Coffee Recap brings together recorded brews, ratings and average liking, with a best repeated context when there is enough comparable history.
  • Official product images help you recognize coffees. When no usable official image exists, a private package photo can provide a fallback.

Improved

  • My Taste makes the evidence behind your profile clearer, distinguishing breadth, repeat observations and explicit sensory reviews. Missing observations stay missing.
  • Recommendation explanations help you inspect why a suggestion appears, while early evidence remains labelled as early.
  • Favorite and repurchase decisions stay separate. Price, availability and other practical reasons are not treated as sensory dislike.
  • Discovery better handles typos, localized catalogs and capsule identity. Verified intensity remains distinct from roast and other sensory information.

How to use it

  1. Visit My Taste to inspect the evidence behind your profile, not just the shape of the chart.
  2. When brewing a saved coffee again, review a compatible previous setup and reuse it as a starting point if helpful.
  3. Mark a coffee Finished to revisit its recorded history and decide whether you would buy it again.

Good to know

The recap covers all recorded history for a saved coffee, not separate bags or boxes. Existing coffees are not automatically re-fetched when Discovery learns to read new source details.
